I am a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a friend, a church member and an educator. I love spending time with my family and friends, working within and outside my church, singing, dancing, traveling and living life to the fullest. I don't see the glass as half empty but rather half full. I have had several set backs in my life but they were only set ups for awesome comebacks.

Over my 15 years as an educator, I have served in many roles including paraprofessional, teacher, instructional technology coach, technology director and instructional coach. As an educator, I believe that every child is capable of learning. Children don't learn concepts in the same way and sometimes not on the same day as their peers. However, they are capable of learning. I take special interest in finding ways to make education fun and exciting.
