My name is Ms. Ashley Sanders and I am a PRE-K Teacher! This is my second year teaching here at Macon County Elementary. I love my PRE-K students and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have! I obtained a bachelor's degree in Infant and Child Development at The Fort Valley State University.
Teaching is an absolute passion of mine and I am so excited to work with you and your child!
Our PRE-K Class
I can't tell you all how much you have inspired and pushed me to become a better teacher. Coming into this year, I knew from our open house that this year will be an interesting one. We have had so many great memories together from the first time I saw you write your first letter correctly, or the moment you were able to count to 20 without stopping. All of those precious moments to most doesn't mean much, but it showed me your determination and your love for learning.
My astronauts, we may not be able to get our hugs at the end of the day but know we always love you from afar. We are facing something serious right now where a big hug is really needed. I want you to continue to give those big hugs to your parents and express to them how much you love them just like you show me daily. I MISS ALL OF YOU MORE THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE! I know with great help from your parents and my job away from the school, you guys are going to rock KINDERGARTEN! I LOVE YOU and I will always be down the hallway!
