Ms. Goodman's Visual Arts Class

Hello! My name is Takeya Goodman. I am a second year teacher at Macon County Elementary School. I am originally from Fort Valley, GA, and a former graduate of Fort Valley State University. My goal in art is for each student to explore all areas of visual arts including drawing, painting, clay-making, and other forms of arts and crafts. It is my hope that each child will enjoy the process of art making and uncover the artist in him/herself. It is my job to push and encourage students to be creative and think outside the box, while also teaching students the basics of creating art. I look forward to sharing with you all the amazing works of your little artists!
